*Govt* Contract & Procurement Manager [Jurong / Contract]

We are looking for an experienced Contract & Procurement Manager to support end-to-end procurement and contract administration activities, ensuring compliance with established policies and timely delivery of goods and services.

Location: Jurong Duration: 1-year Office Working Hours Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end procurement and contract administration activities. Monitor contract status and facilitate contract establishment, renewal and variations.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and specifications. Support and advise stakeholders on appropriate procurement modes and processes. Review requirement specifications and evaluation reports for procurement exercises.

Track outstanding Purchase Orders (POs) and support payment management during financial year-end closing. Prepare materials for contract meetings and draft meeting minutes. Support audits and maintain proper documentation for governance and compliance purposes.

Perform other procurement and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Singaporean only. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. At least 2 years of relevant procurement and/or contract administration experience. Experience in public sector procurement and contract workflows is highly advantageous.
