Job Description
Public Sector Project | Hybrid Work Arrangement | Office Hour - 11 months contract Salary: $3,300 per month Contract: 11 months *Subject for renewal Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Hybrid work arrangement Location: Kent Ridge About the Role: You will support a public sector team in the administration of research grants and projects.
The role mainly focuses on report tracking, data processing, documentation and general administrative support. Track the submission of reports and follow up on outstanding items. Check that the required processes and timelines are followed.
Use approved AI tools to prepare initial report summaries and identify areas that may require further clarification. Maintain and update the team’s filing system. Support administrative matters related to research grants and projects. Assist with other duties when required.
Requirements
Singaporean only Comfortable using IT systems and digital tools. Experience in grant administration, project administration or finance would be an advantage.
