Outreach & Operations Executive [Govt]

Location: Clarke Quay Working Hours : 8. 30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu) & 8. 30am – 5. 30pm (Fri) Salary: Up to $4,960 per month Duration : 3 + 9 months Key Responsibilities: Drive awareness and participation through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.

Build partnerships with cultural institutions, brands, community organisations, and grassroots networks. Plan and execute roadshows, pop-ups, community activities, and on-ground events. Manage event logistics and coordinate with partners, stakeholders, volunteers, and ambassadors.

Support call centre and helpdesk operations, including handling enquiries and escalations. Develop SOPs, protocols, scripts, and service standards to enhance customer experience. Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.

Identify operational risks and support mitigation strategies and audit documentation. Provide secretariat, coordination, record-keeping, and general administrative support.

Job Requirements

Possesses minimum a degree with 2 years of experience in project management, administrative support, or programme coordination. Comfortable to work on some weekends and evenings when required.
