Business Transformation – Associate Director By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients.

You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success.

As an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities helping CFOs rebuild how planning, forecasting, close, and consolidation actually work and then activate that design through the platforms that run it.

We do both the strategy and the execution: operating model design, process reinvention, platform selection, implementation enablement, and hands-on FP&A support when clients need it most.

As an Associate Director, you'll be responsible for a mix of client delivery leadership, team development, and business development, owning outcomes at the CFO level while building the practice around you.
