As a Manager at CrossCountry Consulting , you’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success.

You will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, while assisting helping CFOs rebuild how planning, forecasting, close, and consolidation actually work and then activate that design through the platforms that run it.

We do both the strategy and the execution: operating model design, process reinvention, platform selection, implementation enablement, and hands-on FP&A support when clients need it most.
