A day in the life (Responsibilities) Serve as the team's technical lead, owning the end-to-end architecture and direction of our services, internal tools, and data systems, and driving significant projects from design through rollout Design and build the backend services and integrations that ingest engineering, tooling, and cost signals from multiple source systems, with clear APIs and data contracts rather than manual extracts Partner with our Product Owner to identify and define the biggest opportunities for impact, and collaborate with your teammates on end-to-end solutions Build the back-end that enables role-based reporting on engineering health, AI and tooling spend and ROI, and cost and capitalization, replacing recurring manual processes with durable, auditable, productized tools & analytics Own quality, reliability, and operational monitoring for business-critical reporting that leaders at every level depend on Mentor less experienced e
