Senior Project Manager - Chief of Staff

Sr Project Manager: Key Markers for a Chief of Staff Role / PM Role: 1. Strategic Thinking: - Ability to understand the MD/CEO vision and translate it into actionable business priorities. 2. Executive Stakeholder Management: - Strong ability to work with CXOs, business heads, board members and senior external stakeholders. 3. Business Acumen: - Understanding of P&L, business performance, strategy, operations and commercial drivers. 4. Program & Project Management: - Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and ensuring timely execution. 5. Executive Communication: - Excellent verbal and written communication, including preparing presentations, MIS, board notes and executive briefs. 6. Problem Solving & Decision Making: - Ability to analyse complex issues, identify solutions and make recommendations to senior leadership. 7. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Ability to drive alignment across Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Technology, Legal and other functions. 8. Performance Tracking & Governance: - Establishing KPIs, tracking action items, reviewing business performance and ensuring accountability. 9. Confidentiality & Discretion: - High level of maturity and ability to handle sensitive business, people and strategic information. 10. Ownership & Execution Orientation: - Should act as an extension of the CEO/MD, proactively.
