Project Manager - Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management from planning and execution to implementation and closure. - Manage projects across Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Management, and Banking. - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets. - Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Investment teams. - Manage global stakeholders and provide regular project status, dashboards, and governance updates to senior management. - Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations. - Drive Agile/Scrum or Hybrid methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, UAT, and release management. - Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and SLA requirements. - Support process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within banking and wealth management. - Ensure adherence to banking controls, regulatory requirements, governance, and risk frameworks. Required Skills: - Project Management, Global Banking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management, Agile, Scrum, PMO, UAT, Change Management, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel. Ideal Candidate: - 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management. - Strong experience in Global Banking / Financial Services. - Hands-on exposure to Portfolio and Wealth Management is preferred. - Experience managing cross-functional projects and global stakeholders. - Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
