Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage technology projects within the Wealth Management domain. The role will work with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, Technology, SRE, and Platform teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology project planning and delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and releases. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Business Analysts, and Technology Leads on delivery priorities and plans.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and address delivery issues proactively. Facilitate capacity and prioritisation discussions with business stakeholders and manage medium- to long-term project pipelines.

Engage with regional Wealth Management platforms on new initiatives, project sizing, and high-level estimates. Plan and track budgets and financial resources for assigned initiatives. Coordinate with SRE and Platform teams to resolve critical production incidents related to assigned initiatives and modules.

Support SRE familiarisation for newly launched features and operational readiness. Drive continuous improvement across assigned squads through best practices, quality, efficiency, and reduced operational toil.

Requirements

Minimum 9 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in technology projects within financial services or banking. Experience in Wealth Management, Client Channels, or related financial technology domains is advantageous. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA. Strong project planning, delivery, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and budget tracking skills. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
