Job Description

Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Project Manager- Airside Works for multiple upcoming projects across Ahmedabad , Mangalore , Trivandrum . The Project Manager – Airside Works is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering airside infrastructure projects at airports, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and associated systems. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with aviation authority regulations and international standards. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management of airside works including runways, taxiways, aprons, shoulders, and airfield ground lighting (AGL). • Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality in line with contractual requirements. • Coordinate with airport operations, ATC, aviation authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted airside operations. • Ensure compliance with ICAO, FAA, EASA, local Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and airport safety regulations. • Develop construction phasing plans and work schedules considering operational constraints and night works. • Manage risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans for airside construction activities. • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements. • Monitor contractor performance, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to HSE requirements. • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients. • Manage change orders, claims, and variations in coordination with commercial teams. • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of completed airside assets.
