Job Description

Description πŸ€“ TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets.

We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners β€” people with no prior tech background β€” through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI.

Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to fully own the end-to-end growth funnel for our new education programs β€” from identifying opportunities and launching acquisition channels to optimizing unit economics and scaling what works.

What you will do Own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey. Launch and validate new paid channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Search, communities, webinars, and more). Design, test, and optimize funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion.

Analyze full-funnel economics (CAC, conversion, cohorts, revenue) and make weekly scale-or-kill decisions. Develop audience insights by combining data with customer research, sales calls, and market signals.

Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Full-Funnel Marketing. Hands-on experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with meaningful budgets. Strong understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation frameworks.

Ability to work with niche audiences, ambiguous data, and hypothesis-driven decision making. Experience briefing cross-functional teams and owning outcomes rather than execution alone. AI-native workflow: confidently use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, content creation, and experimentation.
