ADM Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support a diverse portfolio of stakeholder and community engagement initiatives across North Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys creating impactful visual communications across print, digital, video, and social media platforms while working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. About the Role You will be responsible for developing engaging and professional communication materials that inform, educate, and connect with a broad audience. Your work will include: • Designing publications, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials • Creating digital assets for websites, social media, and online campaigns • Producing and editing video content • Developing visual solutions that simplify complex information • Providing advice on branding, design standards, and visual communication best practices • Managing multiple projects and competing deadlines • Working with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes About You • Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including: • InDesign • Illustrator • Photoshop • Premiere Pro • Experience creating content across print, digital, and video channels • Strong layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills • Experience working within corporate brand guidelines • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail Highly Regarded • 5+ years' experience in graphic design, visual communications, or creative services • Experience working within government or large corporate environments • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and accessible document creation • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline Please reach out to me at *************@peoplebank.com.au / 3291 5405 for more information.
