This is a high-visibility position designed for a visionary leader capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end talent management programs, including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning, to cultivate a high-performance culture that supports long-term business goals.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and coaching to resolve complex organizational challenges and drive structural transformation.
- Oversee the development of robust compensation and benefits frameworks that align with industry benchmarks to ensure the retention of critical human capital.
- Champion organizational design and change management initiatives to streamline operations and enhance employee engagement across diverse, global teams.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate boardroom discussions and build consensus among diverse leadership teams.
- Advanced proficiency in organizational development and change management, with a track record of leading large-scale cultural transformations.
- Strong analytical mindset, utilizing HR metrics and workforce analytics to drive decision-making and demonstrate the ROI of human capital investments.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 15 - 30 years of progressive experience in leadership roles.
- High degree of adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, distributed environment, with the ability to lead remote or hybrid teams effectively across multiple geographies.
