About the Role: We are looking for a senior HR leader to drive the complete HR agenda for a high-growth automotive/mobility business. The role will partner closely with business leadership and independently drive people strategy, talent, organization development and HR operations, along with Administration. Must-Haves: - 12+ years HR experience. - Mandatory Startup/Scale-up experience in a high-growth environment. - MBA/PGDM from premier B-school. - 6+ years Business HR/HRBP. - GM/HR Head/Senior HRBP level. - Strong experience in HR Strategy, Talent, OD, Workforce Planning, C&B, ER & Performance Management. - Team & Stakeholder Management. - HR Analytics/Digitization. - HR Compliance & Admin exposure. Key Responsibilities: - Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans. - Lead Workforce Planning, Talent Management, OD, Performance Management and Capability Building. - Drive Talent Acquisition, C&B, Employee Engagement, ER and HR Governance. - Partner with senior leadership on organization design, culture and workforce productivity. - Leverage HR analytics and digital HR solutions to improve effectiveness. - Oversee HR operations, compliance and Administration/Facilities.
