Talent Management Lead
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Experience: 10- 15 Years
About the Role:
We are hiring a seasoned Talent Management Lead for a leading Indian organization. This role will drive the organization's talent management agenda by partnering with business and HR leadership to strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization's Talent Management strategy and execution.
- Drive succession planning, leadership assessment, talent reviews, and high-potential (HiPo) programs.
- Design and implement robust Talent Management frameworks, processes, and metrics.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders and promoters to advise on talent decisions.
- Leverage talent analytics and TM metrics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Collaborate with HR teams on leadership development, performance management, and capability-building initiatives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement across talent practices.
Desired Profile:
- 10- 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
- Strong exposure to Talent Management frameworks, succession planning, assessment centers, and TM metrics.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and articulation skills.
- Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, business leaders, and promoters.
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
- High ownership, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in large Indian or multinational organizations with well-established Talent Management practices is preferred.
