Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with long-term business goals to ensure the organization remains an employer of choice. - Lead the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, from high-level executive acquisition to succession planning, to build a robust leadership pipeline. - Oversee the design of competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that incentivize performance and ensure internal equity across all business units. - Act as a senior HR business partner to department heads, providing data-driven insights to resolve organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency. - Champion organizational development initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion, agility, and continuous learning across the enterprise. - Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including board members and external consultants, to maintain transparency and alignment on human capital investments. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to architect and implement enterprise-wide HR strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and cultural transformation. - Proven expertise in managing complex compensation and benefits structures, ensuring they remain market-competitive and compliant with regional regulations. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and navigate sensitive organizational dynamics with tact. - Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging HR metrics and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation. - Advanced educational background, preferably an MBA in Human Resources from a premier business school, reflecting a deep understanding of organizational behavior. - High degree of adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai, with the ability to lead diverse, multi-generational teams effectively.
