Support Project Manager

This is a remote position. ROLE OVERVIEW The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of financial documentation and transparency communication projects for U. S. -listed corporations, primarily Fortune 500 companies.

This role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of SEC-regulated disclosures and corporate reports by leading cross-functional project teams and managing client relationships. The Project Manager will oversee production workflows, regulatory filings (e. g.

, EDGAR), design coordination, and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in advertising, publishing, or production, and a strong interest in U. S. capital markets, corporate disclosures, and regulatory communications.

Familiarity with platforms such as Workiva and EDGAR is highly desirable. KEY RESPONSBILITIES: Project and Client Management Lead and managefullproject lifecycle, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and client expectations are met.

Act as the main liaison with clients, managing timelines, scope changes, approvals, and overall satisfaction. Coordinate across departments including creative, advisory, editorial, and production for seamless delivery.

Technical Oversight and Compliance Supervise the production and submission of financial and regulatory reports in compliance with SEC and EDGAR requirements. Utilize Workiva for collaborative authoring, version control, and XBRL tagging.

Ensure production workflows meet internal quality standards and client branding requirements. Design and Content Integration Work closely with designers and content specialists to ensureaccurateand effective visual storytelling.

Support the execution of layout, visual alignment, and branding consistency for high-quality financial communication materials. Crisis Management and Quality Control Anticipate project risks and implement solutions swiftly to prevent impact on delivery. Lead crisis resolution and escalate critical issues as needed. P
