Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, self-directed, and customer-obsessed Senior Marketing Manager to drive the lifecycle acquisition and retention strategy for Amazon Grocery, ensuring marketing programs convert - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in e-commerce, retail, grocery, or consumer goods - Experience managing and defining the lifecycle of complex marketing-focused initiatives across multiple channels - Experience influencing partner teams' initiatives and cross-functional roadmaps (e.g., product management, analytics, CX, merchandising) - Experience establishing success criteria and measuring marketing impact - Experience managing a team, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports - Business level or above in both Japanese and English (speaking, writing, reading)
