アマゾンは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業」であることを使命としています。そのため輸送部門では、高品質な輸送ネットワーク・サービスに投資を行っており、特に自社輸送網の拡大や改善に積極的に取り組んでいます。職務内容本ポジションでは、自社輸送網の幹線輸送の健全性を数値でモニタリングできる環境を構築し、ビジネス上の課題を発見し、要因の特定を行って改善策を立案、社内の事業計画部門、財務部門、オペレーション部門などの関係部署と協力しながら、実際に改善をリードする業務を行って頂きます。Key - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, Sumifs and etc.)
at an advanced level - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Business-level Japanese language proficiency in reading, writing, and meetings
