Project Management - TTRO Location: Mumbai Department: Transaction Services - Financial Due Diligence & Deal Advisory Experience: 5 - 8 Years About the Role: We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Management professional to support large-scale regulatory reporting and trading transformation programmes within the Trade Transaction Reporting Office (TTRO). The candidate will be responsible for project governance, tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and management reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end PMO governance for TTRO and regulatory reporting programmes. - Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies). - Coordinate Steering Committee meetings and governance forums. - Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations. - Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines. - Maintain action and decision logs and ensure timely closure of action items. - Coordinate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Regulatory Reporting teams. - Support UAT planning, implementation tracking, and post-go-live governance. - Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and overall delivery. - Support regulatory reporting initiatives and ensure adherence to project governance standards. Required Skills & Experience: - 5 - 8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Programme Governance. - Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills. - Hands-on experience in RAID management, project tracking, and reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. - Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience: - Exposure to Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Regulatory Reporting. - Understanding of trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, and Commodities. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, and FCA. - Exposure to BCBS 239, data governance, regulatory remediation, or data quality initiatives.
