What We Are Looking For Must-Have Experience - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Proven experience in technical project management within an EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Services environment. - Strong technical understanding of electronics manufacturing and assembly processes. - Experience with a state-of-the-art EMS company, preferably in high-mix, high-complexity, or automotive-grade manufacturing. - Experience managing manufacturing capacity expansion, equipment deployment, CAPEX, or production readiness projects. - Strong project planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in a global or matrix organization. Technical & Industry Knowledge - Good understanding of EMS manufacturing processes, electronics assembly, production line setup, process validation, and manufacturing readiness. - Familiarity with automotive and/or aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements. - Understanding of process compliance, technical documentation, change management, and manufacturing controls. - Experience with contingency planning, critical spares, equipment backup, and manufacturing business continuity. Why IRP Systems - Direct impact on the scalability and reliability of IRP's manufacturing operations. - Opportunity to work with advanced EV power electronics technology. - Global exposure across engineering, manufacturing, and EMS partner ecosystems. - High ownership and visibility with senior leadership.
