Working days -6 Strong Performance Marketing Profile with large-budget paid-media ownership at a quick commerce/D2C/e-commerce brand 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years in performance marketing, owning paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels end to end 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have personally owned and managed ₹2 to 5 crore/month in ad spend, directly accountable for CAC and ROAS 4 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong grip on performance fundamentals (CAC, ROAS, funnel and retention metrics) and be able to turn performance data into a clear point of view on what to cut and scale 5 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have managed media and creative agencies and platform partners, and partnered with content/design/analytics 6 Mandatory (Company): Must come from a D2C brand or e-commerce platform or quick commerce platform 7 Mandatory (Note 1): Resume should contain proper metrics and numbers relevant to the role (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CVR, budget managed, revenue generated...etc) 8 Mandatory (Note 2): This is an IC role 9 Preferred (Domain): Healthcare, pharmacy or wellness e-commerce, or familiarity with quick-commerce/on-demand delivery models Skills:- Digital Marketing
