Job Description
Develop, maintain and track integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, resources and deliverables. Coordinate daily project activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, plant operations, engineering and third-party vendors.
Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions through a structured RAID management process. Monitor project delivery progress, identify schedule or scope deviations, and drive timely corrective actions and escalations.
Manage technical dependencies across Plant IT/OT, Process Control Systems (PCS), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), network, server, cloud, security and application workstreams.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, decision papers and project recovery plans. Coordinate cutover activities, transition readiness and operational handover.
