Sr. Content Strategy Product Manager, Tools & Content Strategy

The Tools and Content Strategy (T&CS) team is the governing body for Amazon IT knowledge, and we are looking for a curious, self-motivated, and experienced Senior Product Manager (Non-Tech) to own our - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine priorities, back up recommendations, and drive measurable improvements - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously - Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of the direct line of reporting, build cross-organizational partnerships, and advocate on behalf of the customer - Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and identify and resolve blockers with minimal guidance - Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills - Sound editorial judgment in how knowledge and content are communicated across a large, global organization
