Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer – HVAC Systems (Dubai, UAE) Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager / Country Manager Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Promote and sell VRF Systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs) to consultants, contractors, and end-users across the UAE market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations aligned with client and project specifications.

Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements, provide technical support, and recommend optimal system configurations. Collaborate with the design and technical teams for system sizing, selection, and solution development based on project needs.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within the HVAC industry. Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales within the UAE market (Dubai experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work closely with consultants and contractors. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Valid UAE driving license required.
