Head of Corporate FP&A

What You Can Expect As Head of Corporate FP&A, you'll set the vision and direction for Zoom's enterprise financial planning function, owning the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting processes that directly shape the company's financial trajectory.

Reporting to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, delivering financial insights, scenario analyses, and capital allocation recommendations that influence Zoom's most consequential strategic decisions.

Day to day, you'll lead highly visible initiatives including board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and cross-functional executive briefings, while directing a multi-level team of FP&A managers, analysts, and business partners.

Candidates without 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading an FP&A or corporate finance function at a public or high-growth technology company, will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle, including the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring each is tightly aligned to Zoom's strategic objectives.

Translate financial strategy into actionable analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans that enable clear executive decision-making across the business.

Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite, delivering scenario analyses, capital allocation recommendations, and go-to-market investment insight
