Director of FP&A

Description About Our Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director of FP&A to lead global financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and strategic financial analysis.

You will be a key partner to the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership team, turning financial and operational data into actionable insights that support business decisions, financial performance, and long-term growth. This is a hands-on leadership role.

You will own financial reporting and planning processes, and lead the implementation of tools and technologies that improve efficiency and financial visibility across a multi-country SaaS business.

Requirements

What You'll Own: Planning, reporting & analysis Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis, built on integrated multi-entity three-statement models.

Own reporting for executive leadership, the Board, investors, and lenders, including monthly and quarterly packages, KPI dashboards, and presentations. Partner with the Controller to keep reporting accurate, aligned with accounting results, and delivered on time.

Analyze budget-to-actual variances, revenue trends, profitability, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV. Turn results into clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities. Strategic finance & business partnership Act as a strategic partner
