Job Objectives • High standards of customer service and care • Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine • Efficient dispensary administration • Provision of general health advice • High standards of housekeeping and merchandise display • Ad hoc requirements as per operational requirements Qualifications and Experience • Matric with Maths (Essential) • Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic) Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge • Product knowledge (Health isle and OTC) • SAPC and relevant legal knowledge • Customer service orientated • Team Player • Integrity • Ethical working practice and compliance • Accuracy and attention to detail • Basic calculations • IT Business Operating Systems • MS Office • Adhering to Principles and Values • Working with People • Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations • Following Instructions and Procedures • Relating and Networking • Planning and Organising Contractual Hours • 45 Hours/ 6 days Kindly note only applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
