This position is 38 hours per week, plus overtime as required. The Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Operator’s primary focus is to: • Pick, prepare and check customer orders for accuracy and quality. • Load and unload customer vehicles and safely pack work trucks. • Handle, store and care for stock, including completing stocktakes and cycle counts. • Work efficiently to meet daily deadlines while following safety procedures and attending toolbox meetings. • Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining a clean and organised work environment. In summary, the Warehouse Operator is a key person in the branch operation, providing the human link between the customer and Oxworks warehouse processes. You will be an important link between our customers and warehouse operations , helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. What We’re Looking For Essential The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate that following: • Previous warehouse experience with a current forklift licence . • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to deadlines. • Excellent communication and people skills. • Reliable, motivated and hardworking approach. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • MR or HR Drivers licence a bonus.
