We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team at our Dandenong branch. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing all warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflows, accurate stock management and high levels of productivity. • Leading, coaching and developing warehouse employees through recruitment, training, performance management and ongoing development. • Promoting a customer focused culture and strong collaboration between Warehouse, Sales and other branch staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, relevant industrial awards and company policies. • Implementing company directives, monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery. • Leading by example, upholding company values and maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability and workplace discipline. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in the success of the branch, providing strong leadership, structure and accountability to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and consistently deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes. The Applicant The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse experience, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a fast-paced operation while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and customer service. They will be able to demonstrate: • Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing, distribution or similar environment. • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, coach and manage a team effectively. (Required) • Experience in stock control, inventory management and coordinating warehouse operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience using Sage and/or other ERP systems highly regarded. • A current forklift licence, valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
