More than a traditional brokerage, LYM Real Estate acts as a partner in navigating Dubai's dynamic real estate landscape. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options aligned with client needs and budgets.

Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, property values, investment potential, and legal requirements, while preparing and reviewing documentation such as contracts and agreements.

The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, coordinating with developers and property owners, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the client journey.

The Real Estate Agent will work closely with the team to meet sales targets, contribute to marketing activities, and uphold LYM Real Estate's standards of transparency and professionalism.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices in Dubai. Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Property, including negotiation, deal structuring, and portfolio management.

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management and responsive communication. Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage.

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role within the UAE market is preferred. Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods, off-plan projects, and local market trends. Comfort with using CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
