Sourcing Manager (Indirect)

Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement is a strategic procurement leader responsible for shaping and executing category strategies across enterprise-wide indirect spend.

This role drives commercial value, strengthens supplier governance, and ensures risk-managed, cost-effective sourcing solutions aligned with business priorities.

Operating within a global shared services environment, the role partners with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions to deliver sustainable savings, optimize vendor performance, and elevate procurement maturity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies across key indirect categories (e.g., IT, professional services, facilities, marketing, BPO, and corporate services).

• Conduct market intelligence and supplier benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions.

• Identify cost optimization and value-creation opportunities beyond price reduction.

• Lead complex sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ design, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.

• Structure competitive events to maximize leverage, innovation, and service quality.

• Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and improved contractual terms.

• Establish and manage vendor performance frameworks, including SLAs and KPIs.

• Mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across the supply base.

• Support contract lifecycle management and renewal strategies.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on procurement strategy and commercial structuring.
