About the Role This role is ideal for a warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high levels of picking accuracy and inventory control. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, replenishing stock using a high reach forklift and ensuring products are ready for dispatch in line with operational requirements. Key Responsibilities • Pick customer orders accurately using picking slips, RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Verify product codes, quantities, descriptions and batch numbers • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) stock rotation procedures • Identify and report stock shortages, damaged goods and inventory discrepancies • Ensure orders are complete and ready for packing and dispatch • Safely operate a High Reach Forklift to retrieve and replenish stock from warehouse racking • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Current Forklift Licence (essential) • Proven High Reach Forklift experience • Previous warehouse picking and replenishment experience • Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Understanding of FIFO and inventory management processes • Ability to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment • Strong safety focus and team-oriented attitude • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic What's On Offer? • Full-time permanent position • Monday to Friday roster • Standard hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm • Overtime available until 5:00pm during busy periods • Quarterly company bonus for eligible full-time employees • Stable and secure employment • Supportive team culture • Career development opportunities within a growing organisation • Modern warehouse environment and quality equipment Why Join?
