Job Description
Lead Generation : Prospect new clients daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Property Listings : Source and acquire properties for sale or rent by building relationships with owners and landlords.
Client Advisory : Counsel buyers, sellers, and investors on market conditions, pricing strategies, and community trends. Property Viewings : Schedule and guide prospective clients through residential, commercial, or luxury properties.
Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate offers, handle objections, and close deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Transaction Coordination : Manage paperwork, coordinate with administration, and ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and Dubai Land Department guidelines.
