Job Description
Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Retail Growth & Development (WWRGD), Enterprise Design team is seeking a Design Manager to own the end-to-end design function of the PERF (Project and Equipment Request Form) - Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Communications, or an equivalent industry - Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions - Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience with end-to-end ownership of design deliverables from intake through construction handoff.
- Experience building and improving design processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
