Join us and help shape the future of security. **As our Marketing Analyst, LAM, you'll support HID's success by:** * Supporting all activities required to execute on predefined marketing strategies and objectives. * Performing administrative duties for the region, including budget management, supplier management and associated administration. * Adapting global/regional materials to local needs and drive implementation. * Supporting implementation of channel strategy on a local level, through channel marketing activities. * Assisting with digital projects including, but not limited to video, web, social media and advertising. * Assisting with event execution and support, including tradeshows and new product launches. * Assisting in the design and execution of regional Marketing calendars and associated activities. * Writing and updating sales enablement material. * Facilitating communication between Marketing and internal departments. * Working with external suppliers (mostly Marketing Agencies). * Adhering to service standards and delivering excellent customer service. * Driving and supporting events execution across region. * Managing social media content. * Managing purchase orders, vendors and budget. * Generating digital content (emailing, ads, blog, landing pages). * Managing the partner loyalty program. * Handling reporting and analytics. * Providing support to commercial team across the region. **Your Experience and Background include:** * Education in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a related field, and/or combined with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a global technology organization. * Knowledge of B2B marketing will be advantageous. * Strong communication skills in English (C1 Level). * Previous experience leading events organization. * Highly beneficial to have Portuguese or Spanish as a native language. * Goal-orientated and results-driven. * Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. * Excellent planning and administration skills. * Ability to work independently with a medium level of supervision. * Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is preferred. * Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and BTB social media is preferred. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. * Experience in a global Security or Technology company is preferred. **What we can offer you:*** Competitive salary and rewards package* Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance* A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive culture* Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential* To be a part of a global organization that is pioneering the hardware, software and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds**Why apply? ** * **Empowerment:** You'll work as part of a global team in a flexible work environment, learning and enhancing your expertise.
