Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Platform Services. Location: Hybrid Mississauga or Canada, Remote. For Remote Roles: if this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office, including onboarding, team events, and semi-annual and annual team meetings. Position summary As a Senior Product Manager, Platform Services at PointClickCare, you contribute to the vision and strategy of foundational platform capabilities that power products across the company, define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of APIs and shared services that compose into compelling value for our users and customers, ensuring overall success across the entire product portfolio. Your direct customers are the internal product teams that build on top of your solutions. Key responsibilities Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas. Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs. Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment. Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking. Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches. Understand the broader product portfolio, participate in industry events, lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert, understand the competitive landscape, and inspire cross-functional teams. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities. Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration. Experience in healthcare technology is a plus. Proven track record of managing products and building great products. Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude. Strong written and oral communication. Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus. Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products. At PointClickCare, base salary is one component of total rewards. The Canada base salary range for this position is $133,200 – $148,000 plus bonus and benefits.
