Project Manager / Scrum Master

Czym będziesz się zajmować? We are looking for two IT Project Managers with strong Scrum Master expertise to join a technology team supporting the Corporate and Institutional Banking division of a leading global investment bank. You will be responsible for project delivery for teams based in Israel, working closely with business and technology stakeholders across locations. This is a soft-skills-focused role, so regular hybrid presence in the Kraków office is essential. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects for the Israel market, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met • Act as Scrum Master for delivery teams, facilitating all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) • Manage and maintain project workflows, boards, and reporting in JIRA • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business, technology, and senior management • Coordinate work across distributed teams in different locations and time zones • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive their resolution • Prepare clear project status updates and progress reports for stakeholders, promote agile best practices and support continuous improvement within the team Kogo poszukujemy? • Client: lead international bank • Recruitment process: phone screen with our recruiter + two meetings with the hiring managers • Hybrid work: 2 days per week from the office in Cracow Skills • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master • Experience in delivering projects within the banking or financial services sector • Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and agile ceremonies • Hands-on experience with JIRA • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively with distributed, international teams • Fluent English, both written and spoken Nice to have • Technical background, particularly in data (e.g. data platforms, data engineering, analytics) • Scrum Master certification (e.g. PSM, CSM) What's in it for you? • Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks • Hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours • Working with cutting-edge IT technologies • Personal growth and development opportunities • Private healthcare coverage and multisport card Czego wymagamy? 7 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: • Jira • Confluence • Scrum • Zarządzanie projektem • AgilePM Języki: • Angielski Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz? • 22k–26k PLN netto/m (B2B) • B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) • Praca zdalna: Możliwa częściowo • Pakiet medyczny, Pakiet sportowy • Kawa / Herbata, Zimne napoje • Parking, Parking rowerowy, Pokój relaksu Kim jesteśmy?
