Your Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Procurement and Vendor Management Specialist to manage supplier onboarding and support day-to-day procurement operations. This role will focus on vendor onboarding, vendor record management, and troubleshooting across NetSuite and Coupa.

This role will report to the VP, Procurement and work closely with Accounting, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding & Vendor Record Management: Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new vendors, ensuring accurate and timely setup while maintaining compliance with company policies and data requirements. Perform the current vendor onboarding process of manually creating vendors in NetSuite that sync to Coupa.

Manage vendor record changes in Coupa and Netsuite and validate bank account changes. Support the automated vendor onboarding through the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). Troubleshoot vendor onboarding and integration issues, i. e. script errors, between NetSuite and Coupa.

As the vendor onboarding process changes, support and oversee the new full onboarding lifecycle. Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholde
