Latam Master Planner

**What will you do as a LATAM Master Planner**: You will lead the Supply and Capacity Planning process for the LATAM region, ensuring optimal alignment between regional manufacturing sites and the global supply plan. You will be responsible for developing mid - to long-term supply and capacity plans (3-18 months) for Food product lines, coordinating closely with Commercial and Manufacturing teams to ensure balanced production, efficient inventory levels, and service excellence across LATAM. **Why do we need you?**: - To strengthen regional planning capabilities and connect LATAM operations with global IBP. - To drive continuous improvement and efficiency through data-based planning and analysis. - To ensure the best use of manufacturing capacity while maintaining service and cost targets. - To bring visibility to demand/supply variances and recommend mitigation actions. - To establish strong cross-functional collaboration between planning, supply chain, and operations. **What will you need to succeed in this role?**: - Advanced knowledge of SAP (MRP/MPS/IBP) and capacity planning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data. - Deep understanding of manufacturing flow, inventory management, and supply chain integration. - Proficiency in S&OP and supply planning. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills at multiple levels. - Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments and drive results through influence. - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred). - Professional certification such as APICS CPIM or CSCP is a plus.
