**Candidates with PMP Certifications are eligible to apply** **PMP Certification should be complete during 2016-2023** Job Purpose: Lead, manage the planning & execution of major Projects, which includes but not limited to: • Growth Initiatives. • T&D & FMCG (Product Enhancement Projects). • Strategic Initiatives as needed This Project manager will drive Project execution excellence -- on-time, on-quality delivery. Job Responsibilities: • Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed Project plans. This includes: • Schedule planning – Define Project tasks and build detailed schedule. • Resource planning – Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors. • Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution . • Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools. • Evaluate Project status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner.
