The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer business environments, actively identifying potential roadblocks, and providing thoughtful solutions that leverage PagerDuty’s products .

They will run the technical discovery process and provide guidance, relationship-building, and support throughout the sales process to ensure customer success . As a Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty, you’ll sit at the nexus between pre-sales, sales, and customer experience and success .
