Job Description

Description This is an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity to join Chubb's UK and Ireland Marketing and Communications team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across a broad mix of channels — from digital and social to events and sales enablement — targeting broker, customer and internal audiences. Chubb operates eleven offices across the UK and one in Ireland, serving high net worth individuals with motor, home and valuables insurance, as well as middle market and large corporate clients with property, casualty, accident and health insurance, risk engineering and multinational servicing propositions. This role sits within a team of five marketers and connects you to a wider EMEA Marketing and Communications community of around 35 colleagues, plus global expertise from Chubb's North American team. You will contribute directly to the annual UKI marketing plan, working closely with product and segment owners across the business to deliver campaigns that support growth, retention and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business areas you support; develop up-to-date knowledge of customer and broker issues, market trends and competitor activity. • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific segments, with the aim of acquiring and retaining business — from planning and production through to implementation, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, legal and compliance requirements, and budget management. • Track, measure and evaluate campaigns; collect and use data to inform future activity and deliver regular reports on campaign results and KPIs. • Write, edit and proofread compelling copy across all channels — email, website, social media, events, promotional materials and thought leadership content; on occasion, support sales teams with major tender responses. • Localise and implement global and regional marketing campaigns for the UK and Ireland markets, in collaboration with EMEA and global marketing teams. • Plan and manage industry trade shows, sponsored events and Chubb flagship events from end to end. • Brief and manage internal and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time, to quality and within budget. • Contribute to the development of the annual UKI marketing plan and budget. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Must-Have • Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns grounded in market insight, with a strong track record of managing budgets and defining measurable goals. • Experience in campaign tracking, results analysis and applying learnings to optimise future activity. • Strong experience across digital marketing channels including email, web, content, social media and SEO. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and narratives across multiple channels and audiences. • Experience in planning and managing events as a core part of marketing strategy. • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver work on time, to brief and within budget. • Experience working with and acquiring data to target segmented audiences. • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, digital asset management platforms, Swoogo or similar). • A strong eye for design and experience working within brand guidelines. • Background in the insurance industry or broader financial services sector. Nice-to-Have • Experience localising global or regional campaigns for a specific market. • Familiarity with multinational or matrixed marketing structures. • Experience supporting tender or bid responses in a B2B environment. Competencies and Soft Skills • Innovative thinker who brings fresh, commercially-grounded ideas to the team. • Confident, proactive and results-focused — able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues and leaders at all levels. • Excellent project manager who thrives under pressure, juggles competing priorities and consistently delivers to a high standard. • Inclusive communicator who values diverse perspectives and contributes positively to team culture. Our Values Our core values — Integrity, Client Focus, Respect, Excellence, and Teamwork — guide how we live and work. We are committed to being an ethical and honest company, fostering mutual trust and respect among our employees, clients and partners. We strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can perform at their best.
