As a Project Manager II in our Payments Operations team, you will support strategic initiatives, business governance, operational transformation, and performance management across a global organization. Job responsibilities: - Drive delivery of strategic programs and cross-functional projects across Payments Operations. - Manage project plans, governance routines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. - Develop executive presentations, business reviews, scorecards, and management reports for senior leadership. - Build dashboards and performance reporting to drive data-driven decision making. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to execute strategic priorities. - Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and simplification. - Support transformation efforts involving Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. - Prepare materials for leadership forums, governance meetings, and executive reviews. - Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines, maintaining our control environment. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Proven expertise in managing or leading complex projects or programs from inception to execution, demonstrated through 7+ years of experience or equivalent. - Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills in a project management context. - Proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems, improve processes, and effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations and leadership communications. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, dashboard creation, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and reporting automation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in Payments Operations, Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Financial Services, Project Management, or Business Management. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Experience within Global Payments, Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Wholesale Banking Operations. - Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or Qlik. - Experience creating dashboards, automating reporting processes, and developing management information solutions. - Exposure to Digital Transformation, AI, Intelligent Automation, or Operational Excellence initiatives. - Professional certification such as PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
