Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's projects and services. • Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns. • Generate quality leads through digital platforms, social media, and other marketing channels. • Manage social media accounts, promotional content, and marketing materials. • Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners. • Monitor marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve results. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. • Support sales teams by providing marketing leads and promotional resources. • Plan promotional events, property exhibitions, and customer engagement activities. • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign expenses. • Build brand awareness and maintain consistent communication across marketing channels. • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights to management.
