Senior Solutions Engineer (Data Centre)

We're currently working with one of the largest hyperscale Data Centre in the APAC region, seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering Team. As a technical expert, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to design, deliver, and support tailored data center solutions. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop solutions • Lead technical proposal development, RFP management, and engineering document delivery • Design and develop high-level space planning, engineering solutions, and CFD models • Create sales collateral, pitch decks, and presentation materials for customers and executives • Coordinate internal teams for proposal development and manage customer workshops • Ensure solutions meet customer needs and company goals • Manage customer fit-out requirements, technical negotiations, and lease exhibits • Lead technical tours and presentations KeyRequirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • 8+ years of experience in building design, engineering, or related fields • Customer engagement experience is advantageous • Proficient in MS Office, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, and CFD • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to lead multi-disciplinary teams across geographies • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
