Agile Project Manager

1. AGILE PROJECT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an execution-driven, agile-oriented and collaborative Project Manager who excels at strategic planning and delivering results in dynamic environments.

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from defining scope and managing resources, to tracking progress and adapting to change—while applying Agile principles to foster iterative development and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational goals.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with RWS’s strategic objectives.

This position directly contributes to RWS’s goals by enabling agile project execution, enhancing customer value, and supporting the IT division’s transformation through innovation and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS) 1 Project Planning & Definition: 2 Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. 3 Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.

4 Identify and secure necessary resources (human, financial, technical) for project execution. 5 Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 1 Project Execution & Monitoring: 2 Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient execution.

3 Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify deviations from the plan. 4 Implement effective change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements. 5 Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make informed decisions.
