Technical Project Manager

At Mindbox we connect top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate the Enterprise Operating System (EOS) transition programme , driving the migration of workloads from VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift . This role will lead planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale platform transformation across infrastructure, applications, and operations—working with global technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth and controlled transition. You’ll manage the full migration lifecycle — from discovery and readiness assessment through design, testing, cutover, operational acceptance, and decommissioning of legacy environments. Your success will depend on strong programme coordination, proactive risk management, and the ability to bring diverse engineering, security, and architecture teams together around common milestones and goals. While this is not a hands-on engineering role, it does require sufficient technical understanding of VMware and OpenShift platforms to make informed decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure dependencies are correctly managed. Sounds like your kind of challenge?
