Assistant Project Manager

Company Overview Established in Singapore in 2024, we are a subsidiary of Chongqing Hongfeng Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical engineering installation company in China. We specialize in pharmaceutical facility engineering and installation, delivering compliant and high-quality solutions for cleanrooms, process piping, and other specialized facility systems.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring project progress to ensure that construction activities are completed according to the established schedule and project deliverables. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements.

Enforce on-site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle. Issue and manage permits to work for construction activities, ensuring that the necessary permits are in place before work commences.

Maintain effective communication with clients and address project-related issues promptly. Facilitate coordination between the project team and relevant Singapore authorities, optimise resource allocation, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience Possess a valid CSCPM (Certified Singapore Construction Project Manager) certificate. Possess an SWSHPP certificate. At least 5 years of project management experience in the process industry, such as pharmaceutical, chemical, or oil and gas projects.

Proficiency in English/Mandarin is preferred, as the role may require communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues, contractors, and fabrication teams. Working Hours

Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A fixed overtime allowance of SGD 1000 per month will be provided. Sunda
