About the Role

Nscale is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Global Data Centre Systems Engineering. This role combines program management, process engineering, and business analysis to turn operational needs into clear, measurable delivery plans and scalable solutions.

You will connect data centre infrastructure teams with partner functions across Nscale , leading discovery, defining requirements, coordinating delivery, and communicating progress and business value for initiatives with senior leadership visibility.

Experience required: 5+ years in technical program management, project management, PMO operations, business analysis, or program coordination within infrastructure, industrial, hardware-intensive, or similarly complex environments. What You'll be Doing Lead strategic initiatives.
